Waited 3 months for nothing
Bought a Jazz Chisholm yankees jersey and waited 3 months to get it. Heard it arrived today and was pumped and I open it up and it’s a New York giants t shirt worth 30$. Are you kidding me? I waited 3 months for a giants t shirt?

My brother ordered the Dodgers Ohtani t-shirt for my graduation gift but after two weeks they sent a completely wrong item. Now, since they’re out of stock, I can’t even get a replacement.
I am so mad this happened. I ordered a blue color T-shirt, Men’s size XL, MLB shirt. How did they manage to mess up so badly to get me a red hoodie, women’s size L, NFL Chiefs? I am leaving soon. Utter disgrace Fanatics!

Fitted Hats
I have an issue finding my size 8 fitted hats locally. So I am always excited when I have the opportunity to grab my New Era 59 fifty Boston Red Sox B Fitted Hats. As a BOSTON SPORTS FAN, I represent for MY CITY!
Very disappointed
Taken me probably 30 try’s to figure out how to get into my account and then many try’s to use a gift card. I also called customer service (phone number took about 2 hours to fine) many times to have them provide assistance only to figure the 2 processes myself. App on the phone is “not” user friendly.

Buggiest shopping app I’ve ever had
I almost never leave a negative review on a bad app. I typically just delete and go on my way. But when I’m actually trying to buy merch from my favorite team, it’s pretty infuriating when the very app I’m trying to use crashes every time I select my team. You know an app is trash if it makes Safari look like a better alternative.

Use a browser. Reach out, gang.
A wrapper around an html site is tempting. I get it. When you correctly implement it, it won’t break the entire experience. The app doesn’t work for me. The site, on a desktop browser is your best bet.

I open it, I see NBA stuff (whyyy?), I click into the menu to find my next mlb team to add to my collection (Tigers this month), and it exits the menu or reloads the homepage.

Terrible
Not user friendly at all. Requires me to login every time I open the app and never remembers my team. Also repeats this same function over and over never entering the team items shopping page. Doesn’t consistently keep track of purchases. Needs so much work.

Every time I get on this site to surf thought the products next thing I see retry so I had to go back to begging and it’s doing it a lot I think there is a glitch or something and I never had this issues before! Needs to be fix!!
