It’s a fun app except you can’t watch live recordings.

I love this app, it’s interactive, and fun. I did take one star off though because some of users that I watch when going live, I don’t always make it to the actual live, I sometimes have to watch the recording. As of now, the live recordings do not work, when I press the recorded live under the “live recordings” tab, I click the video, and I get a screen when a play button symbol with a cross through it indicating that the live can’t be played. Some users, none of their live recordings work. If this glitch can be fixed, it can help users like myself catch up with the live streams when we miss out on them. But yeah, I see this as a common issue on this app where the live recordings can’t be played.

Logged me out

i downloaded to watch people live and when i got on i noticed that it had logged me out and when i tried to log back in, it won’t let me and also when i try to log back in all i see is “a server with the specified hostname could not be found” and i tried changing my password and making a new account and it wont let me.

I have a love hate relationship

I just updated my app when the update came out and it says it fixed bugs but I think it may have just caused more It won’t let me start my lives because “start time has to be greater than current time” which IT IS i even tried to do hours later in the day yet it won’t work it’s very frustrating

So what my phone number and my email address does not work for you guys when I download you guys I cannot get through. Why is that? How long does it take? How many days do I have to wait and why does anybody accept it? It’s for free. how is anybody gonna know, if they don’t accept it, how is anybody gonna know? Tell me that and that’s not the only thing you got a spam caller on her who keeps bugging her every time you let them do that come on and I can’t get on.

Hello, fanaticTV is a LIVE platform so it is based on the connection the host has--either wifi or via cellular phone connection (the same thing with live on another app). And sometimes our Gen Z stars are traveling during their shows which is entertaining, but they may lose connection. The benefit of fanaticTV is that you can watch and socialize with live hosts versus just watching a pre-made video. And you can guest with them live. Again, the fun/benefit is the host can be live from anywhere and you can watch them, but the connection may drop (ie., driving in a dead spot). Hope that makes sense. We'd appreciate if you could remove your comment and ratings or update higher. Thank you.

I can’t change my name or bio.

When I change my name or bio or anything, it says “This operation couldn’t be completed” I don’t know I need to logout and log back in. But I’m scared if I will log out. Please help about this issue, thank you! Please fix this problem. I have no clue what it is. I want to change my name and bio so bad. Thank you developer! Update: I will update my app, and see what happens next. But actually, sorry, I’m not giving it 5 stars. Because, I did all of that, I STILL CAN’T CHANGE IT. I don’t know why y’all are forcing people to giving 5 stars. Thank you.

Hello, thank you for the feedback. With Piper Rockelle starting a daily live hosted show our servers were crushed for a few days in December but we've updated everything. The only lag is sometimes with the host not having a great wifi or cellular connection. But the fun is that the host can be live from anywhere hosting their tv show (as Piper just did from the beach in the Bahamas!). Thank you for tuning in.
