I happen to be a social media content creator and got to meet Alok Ranjan ji from Defence Detective and DD Reacts channels. It was a seamless experience of 30 minutes talk time. The cost is not much and worth it. I was able to share many ideas and get to hear from Alok ji about many ideas.
Poor UI/UX and Lack of User-Centered Design
I was really disappointed with Fancall. The user interface is extremely bad—it's cluttered and unintuitive, making navigation a frustrating experience. It’s clear that the developers did not follow a user-centered design process, as the app feels out of touch with what users actually need. Basic functions are hard to find, and the overall layout is confusing. Additionally, the app is not user-friendly at all; simple tasks take too many steps, and there’s a lack of helpful guidance or tutorials. For an app that’s supposed to enhance calling features, Fancall falls short in almost every aspect. I hope the developers take this feedback seriously and make significant improvements in future updates.
