SCAM!

You pay and you cannot access the app and they keep charging you on your card and There’s no way to contact them to stop payments. I had to contact the bank and request a new card.

Not worth it! They keep charging you.

I signed up for 1 month. After one week I was bored to tears. Three months later I get a charge for 39.99. They said that it is on automatic renewal and will not refund my money.

Is this a scam or what?

I paid a promotion price for 12 weeks on January 3, 2025 and they say I can use it until April 3, 2025. But they stopped the access after 1 month! Even I see on my account it says I can use it until April 3, 2025. I was trying to contact support by email they provided, but no response on any of my emails. Seriously? You guys are not going to change me again, right? I stopped my subscription obviously. Disappointing.

Worst app

Horrible app. I have requested to have my subscription cancelled now 3 times and still have yet to have a response back from someone. The first time well within the first trial period and now I received a charge of $40, that I did not authorize. I need a refund and for the subscription to be cancelled! It’s annoying to think that I will have to get this charge disputed with my bank. Seems like this app is fraudulent and will do anything to take your money.

Unfortunately, you did not respond to our emails, in which we also provided detailed information about the terms of the refund. Please write back and we will do our best to resolve this issue.

Scam

Do not download or give them your money. The app never loaded (black screen) and when trying to cancel my subscription through email communications they just claim it will auto renew every 4 weeks.

Canceling subscription

I bought this app by mistake I was charge $26.99 U.S when I went to cancel my subscription I would be charged more after the trial period so I cancelled but no refund issue

Taking my money

They have been deducting money from my account and I can’t get in touch with them. I did not click on any free trials and I did not subscribe however they are still taking money!

It’s a scam!

They have been taking my money and won’t cancel the subscription. They won’t reply to their emails and I have been trying to get in touch with someone for months. I have had to block their payments via my bank which is only a temporary measure. No proper support team and the only website I found shows a different language. DO NOT SIGN UP TO ANYTHING WITH APP

App is fraudulent. They will take your money and not provide access, then charge you repeatedly with no recourse and no communication until you cancel not just your card but your entire credit card account.
