Use to be a good site. Lots of slots to choose from good luck getting a pay out but if you enjoy just gambling at slots it’s cool. Reward system progressively got worse. The live dealers look like they are either over worked or just don’t care about being there. Support is awful had a bonus hit and it all of a sudden malfunctioned that was a couple of weeks ago still received no help.

Opted In but Never Received My Level 4 Bonus
I feel misled by this promotion. I reached Level 4, opted in, and played expecting the advertised Bonus Back reward. Yet FanDuel has not credited the bonus. Your own Rewards Club shows the 15% Bonus Back benefit for Level 4. I expect FanDuel to review my account and honor the promotion I opted into. If this is not resolved, I will continue documenting the issue and escalating the complaint. Customers should not have to fight to receive rewards that were advertised to them.
