Tried pulling $35 from my account on a weekly basis at 10pm and when I asked technical support they saw “nothing on their end” and then I got an email saying they sent my $20 debt to collections. All I ever did in the app was win money from free spins and deposited once for bonus from refer a friend. Originally thought it was great turned into a scam trying to yank money out of my bank without authorization

Gameplay suggestion
The feature where the very last hand is blocked is sub-optimal. There does not need to be such a rush to shuffle gamblers to their next hit. Some of us like the game play. At least show the last hand.

Major issue
When you are playing any slots, there is a issue where the screen goes dark and a loading ring appears. It happens constantly and make enjoyable game play impossible to achieve. This needs to be fixed by staff immediately.
