The words are being cut off
I love this app but the new update cut off the words of the story. Some sentences are missing I’m paragraph. I check different story and it happened to all of them. If you can please fix this issue thank you. There a problem with the scrolling I can read my otp

This website is great other than the fact that there are several glitches, including scrolling issues and also other issues that prevent me from fully seeing the analytics (views and favorites) or my followers for my stories as a content creator (my username is alissamarierowell)
Excellent app but recently been glitchy
I have been with fanfiction.net for many years since I was a young teen. What turns me away now is how glitchy the stories are now. Why is this not fixed yet? Fix the app please that is not fair and you are going to cause someone to have a seizure for how bad it glitches out
No longer functional
I have been using this app for years now but recently it has not been working on my iPhone. It scrolls weirdly, doesn’t download stories properly and new chapters are just missing somehow! I really hope they fix the bugs soon!
Buggy mess
Stories keep deleting themselves when opened, newer chapters are showing up or refusing to open, and scrolling is broken.
pretty much unusable
downloaded it for the first time today as i wanted to get off safari and you can’t scroll at all. the top and bottom bars constantly pop up and you can’t scroll or read anything.
There is a app breaking bug
I used to love this app, it let me read fanfiction even when I had no internet. But now there is a bug that breaks it, whenever you try and scroll down a page in a story it rapidly enters and exits full screen mode making it impossible to read. It’s been around for months now, I have been hoping it will get fixed but it never was.

App completely broken
Problems scrolling, problems downloading, missing chapters, failed syncing. The problems for this app go on and on, and the lack of updates prove the developers no longer care.
Scrolling Feature?!
I just redownloaded after a year or two off of the app. What is up with the new scrolling feature? Everytime I scroll it brings up the bottom menu and then scrolling again closes it. It makes it almost unreadable. So I adjusted a setting to use the volume button as a scroll-not ideal as I like to listen to music while reading and using the volume button as a scroll disallows me to listen, but it doesn’t function as a scroll button! The volume scroll skips down and my eyes have to scan to find my place. I didn’t make it more than a few paragraphs without quitting. This makes the app so much less enjoyable to use. Why the need to change a perfectly functioning feature?

FIX YOUR SCROLL PROBLEM
Scrolling problem has been an issue for a long time yet no fix. What the heck is going on?!
Love the site; app is buggy
Pretty much what the title says. My biggest issues is that downloaded stories will not update/sync on their own, and my downloaded stories have been deleting themselves when I try to manually sync my downloads. On top of that, most of the time you can’t read the newest chapters. Even though the app shows the update, when you open the story it pretends the newer chapters don’t exist.

Downloads issue
Been using this app for years, but recently I’ve been having stories randomly being removed from my downloads (the stories were not removed from the site)
Currently broken
It has been well over a year and they still haven’t fixed the broken scrolling where it keeps opening and closing full screen mode with every single movement making scrolling through a chapter impossible with no fix in sight not even an acknowledgment of the issue. So unless a miracle occurs this app is effectively dead don’t even bother with it.

Doesn’t work anymore
Use to love this app, as it’s much easier to search and use than the mobile webpage. The bug where the scroll is broken needs fixing, it’s not even usable and it’s been like it for a long time.

Can you maybe do something to ensure the app remains connected to the internet/service?
I don’t know why it’s just not on now as I’m typing this nor why it shuts off randomly and I have reopen the app every time.

Great app, fix the scrolling
As others have been complaining about for the entire YEAR the IOS update broke swipe scrolling.
We can use volume buttons but it’s a jump function and it’s jarring to read that way. There’s no option to actually slowly scroll with it.
Anyway, good app, great functionality but it gets 1* because it’s pretty much unusable in its current state.

Needs updating
Needs in person support as from what I find support is only AI and doesn’t really help you with your problems
Update for iOS26 is needed
App is still glitchy when scrolling as reported by other users in the last several months. It makes the app barely usable.
