We ordered food and drinks as soon as we arrived at the venue at 7:10pm. The concert ended and we never received our order over 1.5 hours later.

This app is not usable on my iPhone. The app is not optimized for mobile devices so I cannot even see the form fields to enter my information. Guess I have to use my laptop to order.
