No matter how many times you try it’s not going work even if you ask for help they are going to answer 8 hours later right after your event is over. Everything about this app is just trash.
Impossible to buy tickets
This app is a total joke. I’m trying to buy tickets. It adds to my cart. No matter which credit card I use, the transaction is rejected. I’m using both Mexican and American credit cards. My friend who’s Mexican tried and has the same issue. The worst part is when it fails it doesn’t let you try again, it sends you back to the Home screen with an empty cart. What good is a ticketing app if you can’t actually use it to buy tickets? What a terrible piece of technology. You should be ashamed
