Why so useless?
The app has been deleted and the product is being returned. I could never get the device to completely connect to my home network even though I saw it on my router’s list of connected devices. Each time it failed it would blame me or my phone. Support is nonexistent. No phone number, no chat, no email is provided. There’s better available elsewhere, I’m sure. Save yourself the trouble.
