Took my money
The main event went blank for half of the rounds. They haven’t sent the promised Tshirt that was supposed to be included with the purchase. And worst of all, they won’t respond to any communications.
Tech issues
Paid for PPV event. Everything was fine up until the main event. Blackout screen with audio shortly after the event started. Support was no help. Apologized for the “brief” technical difficulties and let me know I could rewatch the event. It wasn’t brief, and nobody cares if it can be watched later. Sporting events lose a large part of the experience once the outcome is known and the guests go home.

Nate Diaz vs Jorge Masvidal fight
I recently signed up for this app to watch the Nate Diaz vs Jorge Masvidal fight. As the main even started the screen went black, sound was there but no visual. So it wasn’t my WiFi as I even tried the app through desktop and mobile device to find the same issue. I missed more that half the main event yet still had to pay the full amount……reached out to tech support and they said I can watch it on replay…..poor customer service and poor service. Do not download.
