Very Bad

Worse online shopping experience ever. I use so many apps to shop and never had any issue, except with fanoos. I took my time to order some stuff for my baby, filled out all the information and checked out. It’s been like 2 weeks now and I didn’t hear anything from them. I even sent them messages on the ‘chat’ on their app, it was ‘SEEN’ but no one ever replied to me. Won’t use it again and won’t recommend it to anyone. I uninstalled the app 👎🏻
