안녕하세요. 앱을 쓴지 2-3개월이 되가는 유저입니다.다름이 아니라 투표도 잘되고, 팬픽도 여러개라 좋은데..제가 좋아하는 밴드가 없더라고요..LUCY라는 밴드인데..추가해주시면 좋겠습니다,그럼 앞으로도 팬플러스 응원하겠습니다!

App set up
I’ve been on Fanplus off and on and this app was so much better before all the changes you could find reliable friends under a free talk/find friends board for groups and now it’s really solo stan oriented way way way to much on the ads and fanfics are absolutely unneeded
Phone number verification code
I have used this app multiple times before but I have a new phone number and made a new account but it’s not giving me a code it just says “try again later”

팬플러스 사용한 지 1년 넘었는데 투표도 재밌는 거 많이 열려서 자주 투표하게 됨 다른 투표 앱들보다 훨씬 재밌는 듯? 나는 머글이라서 연예계 소식 전체적으로 보는 거 좋아하는데 팬플 커뮤니티가 이를 충족해줌 커뮤니티 들어가면 실시간 연예계 화제 소식 보는 맛이 있음 ㅋㅋㅋ 약간 인티 작은 버전? 약간 커뮤니티쪽 소식 궁금하면 팬플 사용해보는 것도 나쁘지 않을듯.

mediocre app. unprofessional creators that give into yellow page gossips and contribute to cyber bullying of innocent individuals.
Trash Trash Trash
App makes you watch ads then doesn’t give you VT. Crashes all the time. Logs out randomly then it’s a hassle to log back in. They store your personal information. Just a trash app overall. Not user friendly. You watch ad after ad and still it acts as if you didn’t watch it. Reload the app, and it just crashes. Pure pain to use.

Old layout was better
I’ve used this app for many years off and on and the older version with the group communication board for fans to talk and look for friends was easier to do now we have to go based off our biases which is harder to find friends as it is “solo stan” heavy I’m a ot7 army I want friends who support the whole group not solo stans

Malfunctioning
I am in the app trying to vote and it keeps telling me to vote in the app. I get taken back here each time and click on “open” but same circle continues. I’m not sure what’s happening
Very disappointing
There’s one league for voting only. And the winners are always the usual suspects. Understandable. Big fandoms. But I can’t find my idols there. I know we can’t win, but still… The app has changed a lot since my last login two years ago. I don’t see the reason to collect, exchange votes with friends and whatever. Votes expire every 24 hours or so. And who to vote? Where are my boys?

밤에 앱 키면 너무 밝아서 눈이 쉽게 피로해져요 다크모드 있으면 더 쾌적한 환경에서 원활하게 활동할 수 있을 듯 합니다!!

i really liked the app when i first started using it because of the whole ‘voting for your favorite artist’ and you could get more friends by buying an extension (sadly i was only able to buy one) but then it was removed. which is fine, but now all your votes and coins expire so you can’t even save up to vote for your favorite artist :/ and every time you want to send votes/check attendance you have to watch an ad— which gets very annoying btw because sometimes the app crashes and i have to watch an ad once more because the votes didn’t got through…honestly there’s really no point for me to be using this app anymore unless they fix this problem, so i wouldn’t recommend getting this app unless of course, it doesn’t bother you 🤷♀️

changed for the worst
Company made a money grab so compared to how it used to be it's terrible. Less friends, less votes. Votes and cash expire without much rhyme or reason and now to do anything you have to watch an ad. I'm on the brink of deleting my account and the app.
Breaking what wasn’t broken
I’ve had perfect attendance for over 400 days but just deleted this app. Not only have they made votes practically useless, but now ads play if you want to send votes or check attendance. Beyond ridiculous. I also read that votes and anything in the item box now expire after 24 hours, so what’s the point? People have been leaving in droves and I am happily one of them.

De verdad era una App pensada para que las fans pudieran apoyar a sus artistas favoritos pero con las nuevas actualizaciones y cambios en la App nos están haciendo muy difícil a las fans seguir apoyando como antes.
También mencionar que con las supuestas actualizaciones la App se volvió más lenta y difícil de manejar.

The ads need to go
Been using this app for a while and had no problems sending and receiving votes. Since the ads arrived having to watch 3 or 4 before being allowed to send votes is ridiculous. A lot of the ads that come up say “loading new video please wait” and your votes don’t get sent, so you have to watch another and it does the same. Then more ads when you try to register for your daily login, again if your lucky you might get it on the second or third attempt. Think it’s time to get rid of this app.

FanPlus can’t take a hint
This app never tries to understand what the users want and make it hard to make the app enjoyable now that there’s forced ads while collecting/sending votes and doing attendance, it’s weird and users are at a disadvantage. Everyone is leaving the app even through all the hard work. Also there’s no more boosters.

ijfbol you must watch an AD for everything now - to send votes to all your friends, you have to watch an AD, and to check in everyday there’s another AD to be watched etc. they offer less votes per sending two months ago and now they’re doing this so imma just leave
