Fantagic Animator

The Fantagic Animator is a real time animated screenplay/ animated story performance app, which services parents and their toddlers with personalized entertaining content using our high-end, novel AI pipeline backend. It is used for generation of animated screenplays, and other entertaining animated content for Private family performances, that are property of each parent, and not to be shared publicly. For personalized story generation, using our backend: 1. A parent selects stage settings for their personal theater production: o 18 scenes are provided from which the parent chooses those scenes (stage sets) that best fit their intended screenplay’s context o 6 animal actors are also provided from which the parent can choose for their screenplay 2. The parent then types a custom and very personal request such as: o “My child, Dante, is upset because his mother is very sick. Please deliver a screenplay that teaches Dante about cancer in a way a 4-year-old can grasp.” o “Help me tell my child, Suzy, why we go to our place of worship.” o “I want a teaching screenplay. My toddler, Jack, keeps hurting our dog, Spot. Can you deliver a screenplay that explains that both dogs and people cry when they get hurt?” o “Make a light-hearted story to convince my toddler that there are no such thing as monsters under her bed. Instead tell her that it is just dirty clothes that need to be put away.” o “Help explain why brushing teeth is important, and have the actors talk directly to my daughter using her name, Hanna.” 3. Our backend NLP system (ChatGPT based or other) responds to each parent’s personal requests by generating the first draft of the enhanced screenplay, placing the dialog lines in an editable form for parents’ curation, editing and rewriting. These screenplays are deeply personalized, private performances, created for one’s particular child and cannot be shared. It is not general-audience works that can be sold or distributed. And the Fantagic Animator app plays this screenplays / animated stories for a child on its iPhone, iPad or other devices. The Fantagic Animator app is neither: • a storybook, nor • an eBook reader, nor • a container for a catalog of shareable books. But that is not all, our AI backend generates a sequence of turns (state machine) that is used in place of a human director, and is used directly to drive our App’s animation performance. In fact a JSON file which drives our App to carry out the full animation presentation of a parent’s personal screenplay for only their toddler / child. Our Fantagic Animator app uses several AI platforms and animation pipelines to generate what we call an “enhanced screenplay” and animation content that drives our App, an animation engine. We do not use conventional stories intended for reading in a textual book form. Specifically, the core output produced by AI with parent direction, curation and editing is a JSON-based screenplay structure. This JSON is not formatted as pages or chapters; it is a sequence of commands and cues that control: • camera positions and transitions • actor focus and movement • pauses, timing, and staging • spoken dialog lines tied to specific characters and shots • other directives that our custom animation player consumes One may see this as an animation pipeline, strongly AI with parental direction, that replaces a Hollywood film director. As mentioned, on top of this JSON, our backend also generates: • voiced dialog (via Microsoft Azure), • lipsync blendshape data (via Nvidia Audio2Face), and • other animation support data, all of which together are used exclusively by our Screenplay Animation Player App (an Unreal Engine based mobile App). Given the above facts, the Fantagic Animator app: • does not distribute sharable book-like content, and • its core output is an animated screenplay based presentation driven by AI and parent generated animation data, enhanced screenplay, and integrated director-esque theater production commands.
