I am writing to you to express the frustration I've had playing this game. I was robbed of my fish and tanks. I noticed on Saturday, October 21, 2017 that I had only about ten fish and 1 tank. I am a faithful honest game player. It's a shame to have been robbed of my merchandise that I purchased with my card. If you take a look at my history of play you can see there is proof of payment. As well, as my level in the game, I do not remember the exact level I was on but I was pushed back to level 9. I've had this game for many years and it is upsetting to have had this happen. I would like for everything I put into this game to be given back to me. If not I will seek legal guidance. This is robbery. Very Unacceptable. I have pictures of proof of my progress in this game. I put my hard work money into this game. I want my fish, tanks, accessories, level, coin amount, and number of diamonds returned.

With the latest update of April 15, 2016...my game will not even open. This is terrible.
Plus the icon for the app changed so much it looks like maybe now it has turned into a game for the really young kids only. I was enjoying my tank and my fish....now I hope it gets fixed and all of my fish and points and stuff is still there and does not look totally different.

Doubly Disappointed
I have been playing this game for awhile. Everything was going alright since the last "crash". I had saved over 300 thousand coins and 300 gems. Most of the money I spend on games goes to this one. After I had saved all those coins and gems I found most of my decorations missing! Just vanished! To replace the decorations it took most of the coins and gems that I had. I did not complain to the support address. I eventually got back to over 300 thousand coins. I could never recover the gems. Just the other day I went to check my tanks and I couldn't believe it! My decorations are missing again!!! This time I can't afford to replace my decors because I don't have the gems. Why is it that when I get over 300 thousand coins my decorations disappear? I would like to replace my decors but at the same time I'm not sure I want to keep getting disappointed! The really sad thing is I can't find a support email address that works! So I feel like I have been left hanging from a limb. I would love for someone from the support team to contact me!

Unsecured platform
Right when I first downloaded the game, it had me registered as someone else. Logged off, re-registered. Started playing, all of a sudden had a bunch of neighbors that I never accepted. Then I got booted off, and the game claimed I was someone else. Logged off. Tried to log back in to my aquarium, game says I don't exist. After reaching level 12, I'm very annoyed. Serious security issues. Would not trust this game.

Fishes
SO addictive; started it for our granddaughter and now it's mine. Only something happened after I bought gems for the first time. Now I can't get in to my tanks (working on them for over a year now) and no-one will answer my emails. What gives????
Be careful
Nice fishes but you'll lost your time with this app. When I open the game, the tank of somebody else is on my screen & I can do everything with their fishes. That mean somebody else can have your tank & modifie your decoration. That's the raison I lost a lot of fishes and gem in my game after one year. So don't load this app.

Wrong fish tank
Has anyone experienced opening your app to find you have someone else's fish tank? I have had 3, mine are GONE!!! I have contacted the developer and have heard back once with someone else's ID#! They used their FaceBook account and now they are tied into my account, don't use this app!

This game is fun and addicting. I have always wanted fish, and these are much easier to take care of digital fish. If you like this game then I would recommend fish with attitude! Have fun guys! Byeeeeee!

Dying Fish
I wonder if anyone else is having trouble with sick fish? Monday it was only 9 hours and then you have to pay a gem for each tank ( I have 6 ). Three other times it has been 12-18 hours. So What's Up?
Disappointed
I have put a lot of MONEY in this GAME and LOVED IT only for my seas to b EMPTY the next morning! Who is going to PAY ME BACK!!!!!!!!!???
