Literally bring the old platform back and fix your bugs. Quit using this a while ago and it’s still not getting better. I hope your team is reading your ratings and actually begin to take actions.

It’s a nice app, but I don’t like how there are ads for almost everything. You need to watch a long ad when you click on a character to chat with me, not just limit ads. Not saying ads aren’t necessary, but this is ridiculous.

downloaded the app, watched an ad to start a chat, zero responses from the bot. was broken immediately. would rate 0 stars if possible.
