I signed up for their free trial and got charged a years subscription immediately, which they’ve refused to refund. Beware of any offers they might claim

I attempted to create an account, it didn’t work, so cancelled it and it is still attempting to Log into my FPL to the point where I can’t even log in. It’s literally locked me out of my Premier League account! STEAR CLEAR GUYS!!!

It try to get my email and I didn’t get it was just waste of my time I hope you fix and it loads of bugs and this was the waste of my time this evening I hope you’re can try and make it better so people bugs and it took 20 minutes and can’t still login in I hope fixed mess so people can play probably have no problems and I just want to say fixed it
And really fun and you get have tatics and really fun can make competitive with family members and I won last week with 50 points

Can’t log in
Made an account on browser. Can’t log in on app
Avoid at all costs.

I cancelled my subscription to this service but due to a browser error the cancellation did not complete.
I immediately contacted the company to explain what had happened, minutes after the payment (~£60) and I was refused a refund.
I also had to continuously chase the representative (Laura) to get a response.
I recommend avoiding this company and trying an alternative.

Pathetic service
Most of the gurus do their teams 1/2 minutes before deadline of transfers giving us no time at all to make any changes. Won’t be using it further. I want. Refund!

Tried linking my team but it always says “we’ve not been able to grab your team” after entering my password.
Also shame it doesn’t have the assistant manager feature which is on the browser version. This is so useful and was really surprised it’s not available in the app.

Terrible - Doesn’t work
Literally doesn’t work, log in doesn’t work and seems like a scam trying to get information…

Not a fan of having to share fpl user name and password with a third party
Poor payment system
Don’t pay for help on this app, won’t help you after. Customer care not helpful at all, paid for yearly by mistake and wouldn’t refund me. Needed this money
Teams don’t update
This used to be a great app, but this year (2023) it refuses to update your ff team live and only shows the team from the previous gameweek, which of course is no use whatsoever. I’ve tried it on their web site and the app, both have the same issue.
Great app. Shame you can’t log in
The app is fantastic but inevitably the data will slow and become unresponsive and you won’t be able to update changes to you team or see updated price changes to your new squad. Logging out will not fix the problem as now you won’t be able to login 👍
