App sucks and support is shady

Be careful signing up for the “win your money league or get a refund” scam. They won’t give it to you and make up some dumb excuse even when you show screenshots from their website. Terrible customer service and free options like FPL Team, Focal and LiveFPL are better. No need to waste your money on this.

Worst App Ever

Genuinely the most unusable and mind blowingly poor app ever. Constantly asks you to log in with every open. Even if you pop out for a second. Insanity they haven’t thought to fix it. Never using this app again, or signing up ever again

Frustrating app to use

As others have already said since last year and obviously nothing has been done about it. The app makes you sign in multiple times. Doesn’t log you in, then things you don’t subscribe so tells you to upgrade etc …. When you’re trying to switch from content to team etc etc ….

Since the changes were implemented a while ago the app has got worse and worse

Always broke

This app rarely works and often doesn’t even let you log on.
Update on 10th April 2026 - Still broke and had no update from support on when it will be fixed

Mostly unusable

Great when it works, but it rarely does. It won’t load, sign in multiple times won’t register signed in, won’t load up my leagues. The most temperamental app I’ve ever used, never seems to get any improvements. The service it offers if it works smoothly is great but certainly not worth the money with the problems it has and the seemingly lack of development. Really really annoying because the potential is there. I will be trying one of the competitors next season.

Got worse

Last year the app was pretty decent. This year it’s got so bad since it’s been on this web based version. Actually it’s got to the point it’s almost not worth using. The updates are so slow. The pop ups the lack of usability will lead me to not using next year and TRYING to get a refund for this year. Shame. Also the Ai isn’t worth it. Use your own brain it’ll get you WAY more points.

Grow up

The fact that people actually use stuff like this and are not able to use their own brains to actually make decisions is sad. Surely this takes the fun out of the game using ai and discussing with others who to target etc etc.

Seriously, one of the worst apps. Couldn’t use it for months at the start of the season. And now I can’t login. Rubbish.

Used to be great

I swear last season this was an amazing app. Fast forward to 25/26 and now this app is just a lazy window to the website, which is also buggy.

Literally paying for something that’s gotten worse over time is such a rip off

Awful and getting worse

The FPL Hub app has been a huge disappointment. You’re constantly forced to sign in again and again, which becomes frustrating very quickly. The app is also slow to update, making it unreliable when you need quick, accurate information. Overall, it feels clunky, inconvenient, and not worth the hassle. Avoid until they make some serious improvements

Needs a rewrite

Buggy at best. Sign in and authentication issues continue and the app is now slower than ever and fails to load pages, hanging on the loading screen. Come on hub team, get a new dev and rewrite this poor performing app.

Dreadful and won’t refresh

Hub works okay on website but this app is awful. I have a subscription but only shows and works on website. App does not. Have to always log in. Fix it please

Not an App, but a web app!

This is a web app, they’ve gone back in time to save money or business is not doing too well. Either way, it’s highly disappointing. It’s impossibly hard to use, might as well shut it down and tell people to use the site for a slightly better experience based on expectations. Have to log in every time to use it, have to keep resetting / importing my team even though it’s my account, painful.

Good site, rubbish app

The site itself is good with useful content and good recommendations. Unfortunately, the app is rubbish. The need to continually log in, even within a few minutes of logging in is very annoying. Sometimes it slow and laggy. A very poor front end, it could be so much better.
