I hate it

The web version is fine but the app is a clunky mess. If you just pay for the basic plan it’s really not worth it. The annoying part is they don’t really show what’s actually part of your plan until you click it. I don’t care enough to pay more and regret buying the basic plan because it lacks value.

Big upgrade for 2026

This was always one of my favourite sites for FPL, but with this update the app really matches its promise. Great for live scores and planning as well as reading the latest FFH articles.

Can’t even link my team after buying subscriptions

Stuck in App update loop

I open the app, it says update it, I go to the page on App Store and it just says “open”, no update available. Now I’m stuck in this loop and can’t update.

Best FPL companion app out there

Fantastic app for any FPL player. The new FFH mobile app feels fast, polished and genuinely useful. Everything from planning transfers to checking predictions and following your team is easy to navigate.
I think a light mode would make this app even better.
Looking forward to their new Live Mode.

Pathetic

Don’t even have all players. If there are new transfers, I can understand but not having squad players itself. Pathetic.

Okay so far..

A little disappointed with the effectiveness of the app. It doesn’t load correct fixtures when making future transfers, forcing a save to see the true matchup. Future planning is half the value to me and other options exist.

Currently teams won’t load at all and the grades for some players don’t feel up to date on likely starters. Hoping it’s better closer to the season. For now it’s helpful, but only an okay app with some issues. Would not pay again next year currently.

half of functionality disappeared

new version of app is missing some of the previously most useful content. bugs and crashes when optimising future weeks. rip-off at the Pro subscription price. shockingly poor dev and seemingly no testing goes into this.

Cool concept, doesn’t work 🥲

I’ve been stuck in loops trying to edit my teams. Seems to be some major bugs.

Ironically I tried to go through their support systems and these were all broken too.

The idea is cool but based on my experience I think there will be more reliable alternatives

New update is unmanageable

Been a committed user for years. Can’t get my head around the update. Tired to add only the most expensive defender in the game… couldn’t even find them in a player search. They’re struggling. Feel like the update is a misstep and I regret my subscription renewal.

App sucks and support is shady

Be careful signing up for the “win your money league or get a refund” scam. They won’t give it to you and make up some dumb excuse even when you show screenshots from their website. Terrible customer service and free options like FPL Team, Focal and LiveFPL are better. No need to waste your money on this.

Worst App Ever

Genuinely the most unusable and mind blowingly poor app ever. Constantly asks you to log in with every open. Even if you pop out for a second. Insanity they haven’t thought to fix it. Never using this app again, or signing up ever again

Frustrating app to use

As others have already said since last year and obviously nothing has been done about it. The app makes you sign in multiple times. Doesn’t log you in, then things you don’t subscribe so tells you to upgrade etc …. When you’re trying to switch from content to team etc etc ….

Since the changes were implemented a while ago the app has got worse and worse

Always broke

This app rarely works and often doesn’t even let you log on.
Update on 10th April 2026 - Still broke and had no update from support on when it will be fixed

Mostly unusable

Great when it works, but it rarely does. It won’t load, sign in multiple times won’t register signed in, won’t load up my leagues. The most temperamental app I’ve ever used, never seems to get any improvements. The service it offers if it works smoothly is great but certainly not worth the money with the problems it has and the seemingly lack of development. Really really annoying because the potential is there. I will be trying one of the competitors next season.

Got worse

Last year the app was pretty decent. This year it’s got so bad since it’s been on this web based version. Actually it’s got to the point it’s almost not worth using. The updates are so slow. The pop ups the lack of usability will lead me to not using next year and TRYING to get a refund for this year. Shame. Also the Ai isn’t worth it. Use your own brain it’ll get you WAY more points.

Grow up

The fact that people actually use stuff like this and are not able to use their own brains to actually make decisions is sad. Surely this takes the fun out of the game using ai and discussing with others who to target etc etc.
