Game crashed and wouldn’t reboot
Re-installing now, hoping it works, looks like a really cool game but I can’t give it a decent rating if it doesn’t work..

Can’t log in.
I loved this game for while I played it. I spent money on it because I really enjoyed progressing in the game and being in a guild. However one day it logged me out and I can’t even log back in. I tried multiple times and it’s like my account was deleted. I’m very disappointed and with games like this I usually love them.

Yes it’s like all the other gacha games out there there will be some you like and some you hate and some you can never get your 10 pulls and not get the character you want so what if you like the game fine if not then don’t play it all I’m saying is don’t read the reviews unless you try it out for yourself…. Also I will say the voice acting would do nicely for a good touch up

These games are all designed to siphon money out of players, but this one takes it to another level. They keep all the UR heroes under lock and key, except when they’re trying to get you to spend a gazillion dollars on the one featured. They give you one for free in 7 days of course, but only because you have to shell out big bucks for copies - otherwise he’s unusable. Additionally, they make advancing so brutally hard in the effort of coercing you to spend more and more. For example, I had a 700k power team against 425k power enemy and can’t beat it for days. Not to mention, the main enemy is of course a UR that they’re trying to get you to buy. The login screen even tells you all the bonuses you’ll get for spending over 1000 dollars! For this piece of cr*p game?! Give me a break. Do yourself a favor and don’t even download it. I’ve since deleted and won’t give another penny to these overseas scammers….

Hello, you can go to Facebook and search for Fantasy of Light and send a private message to customer service for help.
Too many bugs and no way to fix them or report them.
I’m one of the top players in game and lately I can’t even fight because I keep getting a “ battle data abnormal, please relight “ sign. It has made the game impossible to enjoy and almost impossible for me to play for days, I have missed out on getting 1st place on many events and even on getting any placement on some.

Forced tutorial
What’s with the forced tutorial? Not like the game is hard or needs to hold your hand. Nor is it all that different from other games. The last few Pokémon games already irked us with the handholding, we definitely don’t need it on mobile games. Let us explore like we want and figure it out on our own.

Can’t log in
The game is actually decent when it plays, however 3 times now I get “Initialization failure” and unable to log in.
Update bug
As of the update from 11.10 (which was installed 11.12) the title screen appears black and you are unable to interact with it. Because of this issue the game is now unplayable. Please fix this asap. Thanks.
How to get UR character?
I don't understand how to get a UR character, maybe it would be better to give newbies any one UR character to choose from? This would attract many players. Let's say I really liked the character Rocka, but I don't understand how to get him.
