Can’t play the game
The game keeps instructing us to acknowledge the privacy policy. However, when you click it there is no where on the form to acknowledge the privacy policy. When you close out of it, it doesn’t electronically verify that the privacy policy was opened and read. When you attempt to sign in, it tells you to acknowledge the privacy policy again. Super frustrating.

Customer Support
As I was instructed when this game was still, Stella Arcana, I saved my transfer id and made my password. Since the switch to this game, I have not been able to get my user id to work. Which means I haven’t been able to transfer my character from Stella. I have spent a LOT of money on this game and I am not happy that I am still having issues getting my problem resolved.

I am not good at writing reviews and they are offering rewards for 5 star ones but I’m not doing this for the reward I like fantasy type games that have good stories are easy to play and let u capture creatures and explore the stories are very interesting as long as u don’t skip them and I love the accents play style and graphics I can’t play all day long so auto play is really nice I can’t wait to experience it to the fullest I am a new player but so far my experience is amazing very nice game!!

Lost Account
I’ve been playing this game for 3 or 4 months now and even purchased some items. Logging in today and noticed my progress was gone. I tried to log in other ways but it’s gone. What can you do to help me get my account back? I love this game and would have given it 5 stars BUT a lost account is a BIG deal to me! Thanks in advance

Nice UI and dynamics
But personally for me, there’s just way too much going on.. And I mean a LOT. Unfortunately it’s not for me, but that doesn’t mean the game sucks by any means. I’m just extremely overwhelmed.

When will the assassin be able to be a girl bc I think it’s a cool character but I want him to be a girl

Unable to log into what is Stella arcana by another name … why is the servers always grey ? Maintenance?
