Impossible to use

The app glitches all the time, crushes a lot when I try to open it, gives errors when trying to collect points, now can’t post anything in community event.

Phone number verification does not work

I made an account last year but I can’t remember it so I made a new one but my phone number is probably verified with the old account and I can’t fix it to my new one is there anyway I can get it fixed so I can use my new account

Not sure.

I would love to give this app a high rating but every time when I try to sign up, it says there’s an error when trying to resend a verification email to me. I’ve not been able to get the verification email at all. I’ve checked junk mail, all mail, I’ve tried different emails, I can’t sign up at all.

easy to use and nice design

I currently have accounts on 21 different voting apps and i can say Fantoo is one of the easiest to use.
while collecting votes to prepare for a poll it can get frustating if its hard to get votes or the app is slow and complicated. but fantoo has none of those issues.
the design of the app is also clean and easy yo navigate. not too many things piled onto the screen. definitely one of my favourites.

Nice app for k pop lovers!

It is a great app for k pop lovers. If you want to show your love and support to your favorite kpop idols, then you should download this app. Everyday when u login you can get FANiT and this can be used for polls. I did it for my favorite idols and the winner of the polls can have many benefits. I participated for the birthday polls few months ago when I watched birthday ad for TAEMIN near the Hongdae subway station during my Korean visit!
