I can’t believe this , Fanytel is very legit , I was having issues when I brought a new phone , so I’m trying to login on my new phone it doesn’t work , once I talk to Fanytel consumers on WhatsApp , they help me and move my balance to my new Fanytel account including my old number too , kindly download Fanytel app

I’m disappointed tbh
Taking people’s money without giving them is unacceptable. They just took my money without giving me a number. Their number has been unstable on WhatsApp and they’re not usually like this. I wonder what changed
No WhatsApp, No Refunds
If you haven’t noticed light grey message saying that US Voip number will not work for Whatsap verification , it Is your problem, Fanytel support will provide no refund.

The app doesn’t work properly, you get only voicemails but no calls! And the payment is 0.99$ per month but you loose 2$!

Doesn’t work and poor customer service
Purchased a UK number for 1 year, calls go directly to voicemail and do not connect with the app. Tried many times, contacted customer service and they said the line was congested. After 1 week of trying it did not work and they never responded to what’s app. I don’t recommend luckily apple gave a refund

Using this for an year, the service is good with excellent services. Especially the customer service is great. They have helped me recover my account after my phone was lost.
App just to get your money
In the beginning everything was looking good they offer to get a phone number only to get sms and call 2$ , but after the first month if you want to extend the service 15$ per month for an year . This is a shame of hiding this information until you are not pay first. I don’t recommend this app they will take you money nothing else 👎👎👎

Poor customer service
I have had multiple issues with Fanytel that I believe could have been solved with some customer service support. Customer service rarely answers and when they do it is unprofessional.
Worst app ever
Absolutely useless. Web app quality is so poor it’s unusable. Mobile app works occasionally with zero quality of life features. Support offers no help. Do not use this product.

You buy the number at first, it works and then it stops working .
I logged out and logged in again and my credits and number disappeared. Customer care couldn’t help , they said it’s my WiFi . They wiped my credit and my number . Very sad

Buy credits, can’t use them
I bought credit to sue within the app and tried to purchase a number but I can’t because the app keeps saying I don’t have enough credits to purchase one. Feels pretty scammy and they just took my money. Waste of time don’t use.
Watch out for this scam!
This is a SCAM!! They actively advertise “SMS verification” while knowing full well that it doesn’t work for a lot of services (maybe even all?) in the UK. They have dodgy ways of making you buy more credit than the actual package you’re looking to use (e.g. you have to buy 25$ to activate a 15.99$ package). And then no one responds on WhatsApp when I try to complain/ask for support.
I spent $25 and have not been able to use the eSIM as intended at all. Stay away!

CREDIT NOT FOUND
Fanytel was recommended to me and I was glad. I bought some credits of $5 two days back, only to check my Fanytel app right now and not find the credits. I checked the website and can’t find a single support contact or email. Is this a scam? If not, kindly refund me and add a contact detail for customers to reach you
