Very easy to use and very fast
The app works very well. No crashes. Very easy to look up information with the search functionality. Using this a lot in my CFI Ground school.
Regs NOT Updated
This app can get you in trouble. There have not been any updates.

This was a fantastic app and I used it for years. However, it no longer updates and support seems nonexistent. RIP 🪦
No longer updates
The app no longer receives FAR/AIM updates. Called the number and emailed the company and no change. Spoke with someone on the phone who said he would report the issue, and the next week the phone was disconnected. I have t received FAR/AIM updates since Dec 2, 2024

App works as advertised. Accurate searches, clean interface, auto updates.

I tried several and this one was the best.
Was the best… but having issues
This was the only FAR / AIM app I would recommend a few years ago because of the ability to sync my bookmarks across multiple devices, the UX, and the responsiveness of the support team. Unfortunately things seem to have changed. The highlight feature is essentially broken. If you highlight something accidentally, it’s a coin toss as to whether or not you’ll be able to remove that highlight. I’ve emailed support, but they have not responded. I’m a bit concerned this is abandon-ware.

Informative, but some app issues
Formatting makes the regs very readable, and they’re always kept updated. Highlighting / bookmarking is a great feature for tabbing out your regs.
Only major issue is what seems to be a memory leak that is causing the app to freeze after it is used for just a few minutes. Unfortunately I’m considering other options as it makes it frustrating to teach my students the regulations from an app that keeps freezing.

AIM last update July 2023. We can do better!
Good but could be better with a Dark Mode!
Love the App but it will be alot better with the option for a Dark Mode!
Highlighting
The app is great and it works for the most part. So far the only issue I have is the highlight function sometimes doesn’t work properly. There are a couple of regulations I have highlighted and now I can not un-highlight it or change the highlight color. This is very frustrating because I went with this app because of the highlighting function.

Great ideas that has some bugs
I enjoy using the app. Search feature and highlighting are really nice.
But sometimes the app will freeze.
Another thing is that when highlighting long sections after highlighting it will bring you back to the top of the section and you have to scroll back to where you left off.

Current version glitching
Recently app crashes when trying to open FAR table of contents on both iOS 17.3 and iPadOS 17.3
Keep crashing
At first, I like this app but now with the recent update for the last update, they had it just keeps crashing and crashing and I’m thinking about deleting it and asking for a refund
Crashing issue
I’ve used this app for about a year now and it always worked very well until this week. Every time I try to use the FAR it crashes. Really hoping this can get fixed soon as I have a check ride in like a week or 2 and need the app
