The trailer typically closes at 9:00 PM. However, today I arrived at 8:56 PM and witnessed them securing the trailer. I proceeded to the front entrance, where I had previously placed my orders using a tablet. Unfortunately, the attendant informed me that I could only place an order through the kiosk. This situation feels unjust, particularly since they close the trailer early. When this establishment first opened, it embodied a spirit of community, with cannabis users supporting one another and sharing a common belief in the medicinal benefits of marijuana.
As a woman living with PTSD, generalized anxiety disorder, chronic depression, and ADHD, it's incredibly frustrating to arrive on time yet be denied access to my medication simply because they decided to close early. This is not right. The atmosphere here has shifted from one of peace and love to a place where I feel stigmatized, as if I were a drug addict. Although the posted closing time is 9:30 PM, they consistently shut the trailer at 9:00 PM, and today it was even earlier at 8:56 PM. This is simply unfair.
I am currently dealing with a discrimination and harassment case, and this added stress only exacerbates my emotional turmoil. Now, I must endure my pain until they reopen tomorrow, which feels profoundly unjust.

Where’s Pharmkent
What’s the point of of promoting the app when you don’t have all your stores on the app. Fix it or stop promoting the app

Can’t Use App At All
The app crashes as soon as you try to open it. It doesn’t even open for a second. I’ve never been able to use this app without it immediately crashing.
No location
There are only 2 Far & Dotter locations in Maryland to my knowledge, but using this app take a wild guess how many locations show on their map? One. My Elkton location isn’t even an option. What’s the point of this app if all customers can’t enjoy. Congratulations to all the Timonium users that actually get to use this app in Maryland. Guess I’ll just sit around racking up loyalty points hoping one day I too may have the privilege of using this app. Fastest download and delete I ever had.

Won’t show my location
It won’t show the Elkton location which is where I have all my points. Disappointed
Bad app = bad business
I can’t even use. It can’t find my correct location. I have tried to schedule a pickup on the website many times but it won’t accept it on the .com either.

Nothing works
I first used the website and placed an order. Everything I have ordered was not in stock when I got there and not to mention that was just the website when I downloaded the app, I literally could not place an order through the app or even choose a store. It kept saying my location settings were off, and I even took it to AT&T and nothing is off. It’s just the app does not work.

Fix your app
App doesn’t let you choose a store but rather it uses GPS location to find the store and for some reason it keeps locking on to another location further away from me when there’s already a store closer to me that I prefer, and there’s no way to change this for no reason whatsoever. Useless app for now

The app is cancer
If you need to order, check inventory, check rewards, basically whatever you need, the website is so much easier to navigate. App is a good idea but is years behind being ready for use
