Bait and switch scam!!!
I AM A HUMAN NOT A BOT- do not book your flight with this scammy company!! They pulled a bait and switch on me and called me a day and a half before my flight and said my flight wasn’t available however I could pay twice the price and book again. NO WAY! A day and a half before my flight!! And when I canceled the flight after this phone call I got an automated email that I could potentially get a 230$ cancellation fee if they deemed it fit. Never booking with this company again.

Poor customer service and support
They cancel my trip after I reserve it and I try to confirm the payment with them but they didn’t answering the phone because they are not 24/7 , they said I must buy new ticket and I pay more , please be careful if you are using them . When I call the customer service they was so rude with me

I have a record locator a ticket number and a charge to my credit card for both my flights and travel insurance. And yet i cannot create an account or sign in to an account. More help would be appreciated the suggestion I received did not resolve the issue Sure hope I have a reservation when I arrive at the airport
