About

How far can you go? Pick a station, drag the time slider, and watch the region you can actually reach grow across the map — two hours, four, eight. Not a circle drawn around a point, but the real shape the trains make: long and thin along a high-speed line, stubby where you have to change twice and wait. REAL TIMETABLES, NOT ESTIMATES Farline is built on published timetables from seventeen licensed sources across ten countries: Spain, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Finland, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Romania and part of Italy. Every operator is credited, with its licence, inside the app. THE JOURNEY BEHIND EVERY POINT Tap anywhere on the map and see exactly what gets you there: which trains, how many changes, what time you arrive in local time, and who to buy the ticket from. MORE THAN ONE WAY TO ASK • A day out — where can you go and still be home tonight, with time worth having when you arrive? • A meeting point — the fairest station for two people starting from different cities. • A departure board — the next trains from any station, with live delays in Spain. WHAT IT COSTS THE ATMOSPHERE Every journey carries its carbon footprint, worked out from the electricity of the countries you travel through rather than a European average, and compared with the same trip by car and by plane. Where the figure cannot be defended, Farline shows nothing rather than guess. BUILT TO BE TRUSTED • Works offline. The whole timetable is on your device. • No account, ever. • Your location never leaves the phone. It is used to find nearby stations and nothing else. • No tracking, no advertising, no analytics. • Free to use. Farline Plus, an optional subscription, adds explorations beyond three hours, every filter and unlimited saved stations. Farline speaks English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Dutch, Swedish, Polish, Finnish and Romanian.
