Would be very interested to know who runs the servers still, given that otherwise there is no support available for this game.

I love this game but now that i reached level 200 to carry on play I have to reload every time I get star points all I get is congratulations you reached level 200 and the game stop and I got to reload can you tell me what to do or can you fix this problem thank you
Good game concept
The game itself is fun. I like it.
But having to wait around forever for things to craft or to get people to leave the homes or get rewards is annoying. As well as every 5 minutes an add pops up. I want to delete games like that because I’m watching more adds than actually playing the game. Clearing the area is also annoying each block you have to clear and you rarely can find the bombs to do so.

My family can’t play and they have Samsung phones and it needs to be able to be on that device.
Wasted Potential
The Customer Service is nonexistent. They push you to upgrade constantly, which costs a fortune in In App purchases. When you ask for help all you get is an auto response saying that they have received your request. Nothing is ever done to resolve the issue. You can play for free for a while if you watch ads constantly, but that only gets you a few vouchers. Not enough to progress after the first few levels. The pressure is enormous to do more and buy more. Very little about this game is actually Fun unless you are not competitive and are content to stay at a low level, yet the game is very addictive.
The technology is outstanding and the animation superb. Those familiar with the old PC game Bin Weevils will recognise many elements. The crafter Bots and names of several products came directly from it. You are constantly busy growing, processing and building furniture. You can decorate your house and join a club which holds weekly competitions for best decor. You will be bombarded with ads but if you skip them you will miss out on rewards and vital speed boosters. There have been no updates in over 3 years and some of the regular features, mini-games etc have failed to appear recently. All the players are worried that the game will just disappear one day.

Too bad
This is a really fun game and I don’t mind spending money for gems. But of late no updates, no responses from support. Rumor is it is going under and will soon be gone.
Update: defiantly going under. Will no longer be available. Was sold, new company not interested in keeping it going. Thanks you jerks. Fun family game and you give it up because it’s not zombies, guns and murder

Good game but you only go so far
It’s a good game, the downside is you can only go so far, there is no updates, nothing to work towards? Once you reach level 150 there’s no more to do, you can’t upgrade or progress anymore. I think it’s time to find a game that doesn’t stall.
Game is falling apart
No upgrades in over a year. No customer support. Game store is empty. So many players have quit. Too bad. Use to be a great game.

The shop is empty and has been forever. The market maybe has a few seller but never more than 4.

Warum bekomme ich bei der aktuellen Version permanent Werbung geschaltet?Ich spiele das Spiel seit gut 3 Jahren das macht den Spielspaß neuerdings kaputt.

I just spend a lot of money on this game not once .. but twice and they refuse to give my account(s) back! I just paid 9.99 for the jelly bean thing as well and seems like I won’t get my account back to even complete that! I will be asking apple for full refunds on both accounts with proof of him much I have spent!! Do not download! They take ur money

Not really fair
This is a great game, BUT, in many ways not fair, i can’t complete the Star Room challenge because i don’t have enough crafters yet to make items, players are supposed to restock the store which nobody does, therefore to complete a room IS IMPOSSIBLE! The idea of the players restocking the store is stupid, it makes it almost impossible to complete anything without having the crafters to make stuff, i am getting very frustrated with this game...

Im Flugmodus, um Werbung zu umgehen, kann man nicht spielen. Alles kostet Tickets, welche man mit Geld kaufen kann.
Ständig kommt Werbung und man verliert Prämien wenn man die Werbung nicht schaut. Das Spiel ist ganz süß aufgebaut aber wegen Werbung und Ticketkosten direkt wieder gelöscht.

I give it a 3 star only because it’s 2021 this game should have a Facebook or Apple sign in so you can play on multiple devices. It be nice to play on your iPad at home then on your iPhone on the go but sadly you can’t. Even when you get a new device you have to contact support and wait to have your game transferred. Simple sign in would skip all this headache....

Been playing this game for awhile. Lots of server issues over time. The latest wiped out everything and presented me with the starter screen. Everything lost. No help from the basically nonexistent support.
Question
Please tell me why this game takes a picture of players? It doesn’t happen every time I sign on, but about three times a week, when I go try to open game I get black screen, then a flash like its taking picture. GRRRRRRR!!! Can’t find anything in privacy info that would give them permission. Glad I don’t have any children who play this game!!! Other than that, I enjoy playing this game. Please help!!! Thanx
