Screen freezes after each level
After each level, the Achievements board pops up, but I can’t scroll down or go back to the previous screen. I have to completely exit the game and then reopen it after each level. Frustrating!
Too buggy, cheated me out of tournament level; no way to contact developers
I’ve been playing this game a lot for a few weeks, each time winning the tournament level by a wide margin. Today, after winning the Platinum Level (13460 vs 7980), I was promoted to Ruby Level; but after playing one game, I was told I’d lost the tournament, and was demoted back to Platinum level! This, despite the app clearly showing 6 days, 19 hours to go in the tournament.
The “link” to contact the developers is broken. I guess they got my money, so they don’t care anymore.
I’ve played this game a lot, the levels repeat —which isn’t great, but it’s still fun. But putting me back in the same tournament level after I crushed everyone else’s score is too much. I just wanted to win the whole tournament; all I had left was Ruby and Legend levels. There’s no excuse for bumping the level winner back down to the last level, and no excuse for a broken link so no support. The previous bugs I reported were mostly mildly annoying; this one was ridiculously so!

More bugs, no way to contact anyone about them. Watched a video to play the challenge; first time, I barely lost, but when I watched another ad to play again, I was put with the same group, where everyone but me had already played. Also after winning Silver level, I got a message (sic): “You finished 1th!

better luck next time!” (At least I was actually promoted to gold league …)
This is a great game! It’s challenging, but not impossible, like many of them out there. You can solve almost every level without a power up; and you can replay levels as often as you want, to figure out how to solve them. They’re generous with the power ups, too. I did buy the game, due to all the ads; but it’s not worse than any other games out there.
There were still bugs where the sound went out after a commercial, but since buying it, that hasn’t happened to me. Minor complaints: first, the sound is very loud, I have to turn it way down for it NOT to be annoying. There’s a weird clanking sound, which can’t be turned off; the switches don’t move independently. And the donkey sound in particular is harsh and annoying (though that’s true to life). Also once in 400s, I get the same animal multiple levels in a row. I miss the sheep! They’re my favorite. The capybaras are cute too; but like I said, the donkeys’ sounds are grating.

The 2x the points is not working I have done this numerous times and it goes 2 times most only 1 time it’s done not but a lie and a joke
