Very upsetting
This game WAS fun until you constantly get it all messed up when it ends ! I have won so many times and should be in the top league BUT you canโt get the ending right and you have me as last about 100 times so that when the new game starts Iโm back in the same league !! I used to look forward to playing but not now !

Since Monday August 18 the game does not advance to next level. I need to close the game and reopen to play again. Please try to fix it.

First, thank you for fixing whatever the issue was with the problem below. Now there seems to be a new problem ๐
Does your game require players to actually stay in the league theyโre in (bronze, silver, gold, etc) for an entire week until it starts over again every Sunday??? Where is the moving up as one progresses as they play? This is beyond me.
You have 4.6 thousand reviews so youโve been around a while. There is either an issue with my account on your app or players truly sit around and wait a whole week to play again. Whatever the problem is, PLEASE FIX IT NOWโผ๏ธ
I do expect a response as soon as possible.

Iโve NEVER had this happen on any game Iโve ever played. I just started it today and really enjoy this game. What a huge disappointment to be at the top of the bronze level on my first day only to not be able to continue when the game turns over at 7:00 to continue up the ladder to silver. FIX THIS and put me back to where I should beโผ๏ธ
App Support is apparently not for users and wouldnโt give me access for help and, oh my gosh, SUPPORT.
