Good in theory, needs major improvements, new staff can never login, hrs don’t update in services, no tech team to assist only the own and very hard to get hold of (mind you seems like a great guy)

What a heap, can’t sign in won’t load total waste of my time
Why can’t I create an account?
Seems I put my email and password sent to my email but I can’t log into the app. YouTube videos need comments turned on. So what am I doing wrong? Too many ads surrounding app info.

I supervise a maintenance shop for a fruit tree nursery in the Northwest. We have over 100 pieces of equipment, tractors, forklifts, semi trucks, field trucks, four wheelers, trailers and farm implements.This tool helps me to manage all of those. My technicians enter data as each piece of equipment is serviced. Covering everything from parts,fluids, current maintenance to future maintenance and much more. I can pull up current reports within seconds of being asked status of certain projects.
I haven’t even begun to scratch the surface on all the uses of this tools. It has so many pros I can’t list them all. How simple it is to use for my technicians on the fly is an understatement.
If I’ve had questions about the tool and how to use it. Or technical difficulties. The tool managers are quick to respond and give me an answer or a fix. I run this both on a laptop and on our smart phones.
There are some additions and fixes I would like to see in the future. One being a better way to have multiple users on the same account. A quicker way to add service items to the service list for each implement or tractor. The only major issues that I have continuously is the tool kicking out the photos of the piece of equipment in the list. If the small items were changed I could easily give this five stars. But still the only tool available with this much coverage.
