Not getting purchased items
I do think the game is cute but if I’m dropping money on this game , I do expect to get what I paid for. I already requested a refund and was greatly surprised at the fast customer service. So please fix this aspect of not getting what we purchase. The money is out of my account as well.
Big Mistake
I purchased 2 coin bags and never received product. Reported it twice and no response!

When you guys gave us the thing that says we can skip the tutorial. And we push that button that says. You guys did not tell the truth because yet you’re still telling us what to do in this game. My eight-year-old is fed up with it. She wants to play it by herself, but obviously that’s not the case because you because you said one thing and you’re showing us a different thing thank you she’s not gonna play your game anymore because she can’t play by yourself.
