Farmbook is the farm management app for orchards and fruit farms. Plan the work, see what your crew did, and keep every tree, block, cost and conversation in one place, even where there's no signal.
Built for durian, avocado, mango, citrus, olive, sweet cherry and pineapple growers, and the teams who work their land.
PLAN THE WORK
• Create tasks for the whole farm, a block or single trees, and assign them to people or crews
• See today's work, this week and what's overdue on one board
• Follow progress tree by tree as your crew logs work
• Add reminders to activities so nothing slips
KNOW WHAT HAPPENED IN THE FIELD
• Log spraying, fertilising, pruning, irrigation and harvests in a few taps
• Add photos, videos and voice notes. Location and weather are saved with each activity
• Record how much you harvested from each block
• Filter by person, date or status
YOUR FARM ON A MAP
• See your farm boundary, zones and every tree on a map of your land, with aerial or standard view
• Tap a zone or tree to see its details
EVERY TREE AND BLOCK
• Tree updates ask for the measurements that matter for your crop: height, trunk size, fruit count, health and more
• Charts show how each tree changes over time
• Blocks with crop, variety, area, plant count and regular checks
ONE PLACE FOR YOUR TEAM
• Farm group chat with photos, voice notes, replies and reactions
• A comment thread on every activity
• The Messages tab brings chats, comments and alerts together
MONEY AND RECORDS
• Expenses and collections (sales) in your farm's currency
• Inventory and equipment
• Weather history for your farm
WORKS OFFLINE
Farmbook saves everything on your phone first and syncs when you're back online. Photos and videos keep uploading in the background, even after you lose signal.
MADE FOR YOUR FARM
• Run several farms from one account and switch in a tap
• Metres or feet, your currency and your time zone
• English, Español, Português, Français, Deutsch, Italiano, Ελληνικά, 中文, Bahasa Melayu, বাংলা and Kiswahili
• Field workers can use Farmbook Crew, a simpler companion app for logging work
