Too many bugs!
I try logging on, it tells me my PW was compromised. Then after trying to change my password I still couldn’t get the app to work to show my acct info. Then when I did finally get to access it I changed my login to biometrics. Now I come back 3 days later and it doesn’t recognize me? I put in my saved password and it doesn’t work either. Then manually put it in and it opens the app. After that I try going i to the “more” feature and it won’t open to reset my biometrics to work. This app is so frustrating. How about hiring a real IT person to fix this?

Fine when it actually works
Constant login issues with Touch ID not working or the app simply spins when trying to authenticate. Archaic ways of creating usernames that are not secure. App gets an update, has major bugs, and then won’t be updated for months. Coming from an IT guy I’m not impressed.
No zelle option
No option to hook up Zelle even tho the website keeps telling me I should be able to connect Zelle through this app
CONSTANT bugs
The app is perfectly acceptable for my banking needs, but CONSTANTLY runs into errors where I’m forced to reenter passwords or informs me an error occurred forcing me to close the app and immediately try again.
Worst app
This app is so terrible and is constantly kicking me out and telling me my password is wrong and then it won’t even let me reset it. I’m actually changing banks because of this app being so glitchy and also the customer service is comical when trying to get assistance. I’m done with Farmers
Unreliable app
This app has been a pain to use since day one. Constantly forgetting my information, locking out biometrics for “security “. Password reset never sends emails to continue the process. It’s awful.
App does not remember Touch ID
App does not remember Touch ID so I have to type out password every time. Seems minor but it’s the sort of thing that makes me not want to use this account. Sort it out.
Can’t pay bills
Love the app but since last iOS update can’t pay bills from the app on my iPad. It just says processing and the wheel,spins. Everything else is working so far. I can pay bills with no problem on my iPhone.
Not a true online banking app
This app has been less glitchy of late—and works pretty well for checking your balance—but it only shows you limited account info. You cannot access statements or see transactions further back than the last two months. It’s quite frustrating when I want to use my phone to look up a previous transaction or see if a check got cashed, but have to use the computer at home instead.

You had one job. . .
This app won’t let me see any transactions older than the last month. It’s got some decent features and it’s ok if you only use it to check your balance, but that’s a fatal flaw for any mobile banking app.
Does not work on newer iPhones
I have an iPhone 13 and this new app version does not work. It says an error has occurred, when I call the 1-800 number they say nothing is wrong with my account. I changed my password multiple times nothing. The app needs a new version ASAP!
Terrible app!
I’ve been with Farmers banking for years. This app is the most troublesome app I have. It never remembers my password, it always forgets facial recognition, and when I change the password it says that I can’t use the password because it’s the one currently in use! And to top it off, after all that is said and done, I have to call in to get my account unlocked because I tried 4 times to open my app and it froze the account. Terrible! Huntington, Wells Fargo, and PNC have better apps! I’m about to switch banks because banking like this is so angering!

Check deposit
I love being able to deposit a check into my account without having to leave my house and I can do it at anytime whether the bank is open or closed
Useful overall
The app has been acting buggy. Tonight it completely bypassed the option to sign in (no log in screen or finger print request) and says my credentials can’t be verified. When I do attempt to sign in online or with the app it gives an error!

iPhone is 16.4
I love the app when it works. Software does work with 16.4 with 2 update since the crash. The app needs to be updated as soon as possible. When I called tech support they told me to use the web login which works but can’t deposit checks which is a problem. Thanks
Update the app
App does not work on latest iOS and the last update was over 5 months ago. Been a month without the app now

Useful overall
I wish I could put notations on transfers. I have to sign into the website on a browser to do this. Otherwise, the app performs well.
