Never worked with face id
This app never worked with face id. When you enabled face id then log out. And then when you try again to login with face id, it said user need to enable face id. This app never saved enable face id setting.
Horrid app
This app is horrible but sadly the only option I have. Their online banking is just about as bad. The customer service is great but they need to get with the times and get apps that actually work. Additionally who these days only has customer service available during limited hours?
Garbage App
First off, what bank needs a separate app for personal and business accounts anymore? Secondly, this app NEVER recognizes my login. It CONSTANTLY tells me to call their customer service because they can’t validate my account. It happens every month. It’s an absurdly bad app. I’ve had accounts with this bank for over a decade and I’m constantly calling their support for one reason or another to resolve an issue on THEIR end. It’s sad that you try to support a small local bank and they continually disrespect their customers by putting out garbage apps like this. I like to support small and local, but enough is enough. This is why my larger company that brings in much higher production does not have an account with this bank. I didn’t want to have to switch over my small hobby business to another bank, but apparently I have to. I will never do business with this bank again. In fact I’ll be closing my personal accounts as well and moving to another bank that knows how to take care of their customers instead of riddling them with constant problems.
