I love this bank but y’all need to do something about it locking people out all the time I have to change my password what seems like weekly and that gets old fast you need to redo or upgrade this app and keep it from crashing at least the mobile app the website is excellent

Only thing I hate is when the app goes down and usually it’s once every couple weeks and when it’s after hours, you have nobody to call while your card is off.

Recommendation to creators
The only thing two things im angry about with this app is that it doesn't tell u the time during the day a transaction occurs it only tells me a date and it doesnt keep them in order from the time they happen, another thing is you cant change account names from the phone u have to get onto their main website to do any account settings... but i will say this app is very handy and its super easy to move cash around on the fly!
