The app is great when it doesn’t lock me out!

The app is great when it doesn’t lock me out! However, I do not like it when it frequently locks me out indicating that I am giving the incorrect password, but I’m not. Then, i have to worry with calling the bank to get my password reset. I work during the day, and cannot have my cellphone at work, & by the time I get home at my laptop, the banking hours are closed. Then, they’re closed on Saturday too. It makes it very difficult & very inconvenient when you work out of town.
