I really like this game but the option for 5 minutes or less doesn’t work on anything. The only options that do work is pay cash or watch a video to speed up crops and tasks. I signed into google, cleared the cache and it still doesn’t work. Please help

Love this game But
Since your latest update I can no longer open my barn. So I can not delete stuff upgrade it or anything, my husband and daughter are having the same issue and I’ve read a few others too. Please fix this as it’s getting impossible to play now, and we really love the game..

Gitchy buggy game
This game is LOADED with bugs, glitches, errors, etc. You work and work to achieve a goal, and it doesn’t credit you for achieving the goal. Players finish tasks and they still show as active for that task, along with 5 or 6 others, seeming like they are doing six tasks. But it just didn’t clear OR credit the task when it was clear. REPEATED emails to player support with absolutely no response. Download and play this game ONLY if you enjoy playing games full of errors, glitches, bugs, and BOT PLAYERS.

Broken
Several aspects of the game no longer work since the recent update. It’s been several weeks now and the developers are not at all responsive. They won’t reply to people who have reported the issues. Very frustrating when key elements of the game aren’t accessible.

The airplane button,pyramid and academy do not work and you can’t visit other players towns and you can’t help your teammates…….. so don’t bother playing the game

I am writing another review. Half the things do not open up like the plane and the temple. I can not do anything because nothing works now. If I could take the star away I would. No way to contact.

Losing interest
I’ve been playing this game for years and now it’s got too many issues. Not able to use the airport, the mine doesn’t work,and can’t help friend. I already closed the game once and started over from the beginning only to have the same problem. Please fix these issues.

Disappointed
I though this will be a great game but it just doesn’t seem to work as it should. Got to level 17 and it just froze, can’t seem to do a thing, can’t seem to move anywhere because it’s just stuck. I have made a rookie mistake already and deleted the app just to be surprised that my progress has not saved and had to start from the beginning and again got to level 17 and the same issue appeared. It could be a great game but those issues will have to be resolved. Am I the only one that had this issue?

I wish you would fix the glitch that is going on. I can’t access my plane, my mine, or visit my friends. Very annoying. It’s been 2 weeks now.
No support! 17 days and no response!!!
ZegoStudios, having broken the game a week ago with their new update are now ignoring all its customers who only have a third of the game playable. They refuse to respond to any calls for a patch to fix the game. The apple store also is also doing nothing to sanction them for effectively scamming us. Shame on you all!!!

Please fix the game. It’s impossible to play. I purchased the golden ticket, but I can’t play because I’m unable to enter the Ancient City and complete the task. I’m spending money, but the game isn’t working.

Good game a lot like the others such as township however they need to fix the glitches. Unable to get to co op and plane. This has been going on for awhile. If this gets fixed I would give it 4 stars
