THIS APP IS A SCAM! Apple is unwilling to take down the app and protect its customers. My elderly mother must’ve accidentally hit the button during a game that started a monthly subscription. It provided no app, no service, no name. Simply a scam. Incredibly surprised and disappointed that Apple is unwilling to do anything about it.

How can I use this app properly? Because I think it’s not letting me clean my device ☹️
Recently and Most of the time the app always sends me notifications and tells me to “optimize/clean” my device, but I don’t really get it even though it has “guides”, but that’s only for cleaning apps and it doesn’t explain where and how to clean storage in it.
