Can’t get past the security
I put my phone number in to sign up says it’s sent me a code but I never got it. Everything was correct and tried so many times. Switched back to Uber sorry!

I was charged to add a debit card to then be told no taxi’s are available! I wouldn’t recommend using this app or service
Useless
Tried multiple times to add a card only to have the app crash each time. Extremely difficult to navigate, unable to select a pickup location easily as the app seems to insist on collecting you from where you are now. Couldn’t book a car in the end due to the card issue, had to find an alternative service.

Needs lots of work
Pre-booking does not work. Charged my company credit card £1.01 to add. Not acceptable.

The new version of the App is simply brilliant! The payment option via your debit or credit card is fantastic as I get an automatic email to claim my works expenses - no lost receipts! Highly recommended - 5*
Functional that that needs a lot of improvement
The App is functional. A Nice first try but really needs improving when compared to any modern taxi app.
Biggest bug Is that you cannot book a prebook taxi when our of the country. As a frequent business traveller, it fails when you are trying to book a taxi from the airport you will land at, to home. If you are not in the Uk the app says there are no taxis available for a prebook type booking????
The real time tracking of your taxi also does not work.

Charges you for no reason
Charged £1.01 to my card just for adding it to the app with no warning. Will never use this company again, which is a shame because I’ve used them for many years and their drivers have always been great.
Illegal charge?

The app is great and after trying it today it works. Great service from A Line. However I don’t appreciate you charging me £1.01, without telling / asking me, to add my card to your service.
