Pay to Play
It’s so annoying doing the VIP challenges, they are requesting items that are lock to the point you can’t complete it and or with have to buy diamonds. I wish they would stop that and don’t required an item until it’s unlocked. The time to make the items is crazy, it makes the game boring.

Taking my gems
I’ve been playing this game faithfully everyday and I realize that they are taking my gems everytime I have a certain amount of them they take them away that is not fair how do I report this problem it keeps happening
Jewelry Department Error
I opened my jewelry department and it’s not letting me sew anything and my task isn’t getting updated either. Why might that be?
In app purchases
Every time I purchase something it will say I have diamonds but when I close the app and come back they’ve disappeared and all my items I bought have disappeared.
I like this game
This game is good !! It’s vintage i love that but y’all should add a reset button for players to reset the shop and start again if they think they did something wrong. And yall should add more languages like at least french and spanish. That’s it.

It should be optional not everyone is ok with men infiltrating our spaces I’m not homophobic it’s just pushy realistically I’m not going to have gay male friends that’s my prerogative but this push for allowing them in our spaces needs to stop atleast GIVE US THE OPTION! I uninstalled it im just uncomfortable

I updated it, then game crashed
me was sad. because it stopped loading although updated. it is good that they finally updated game. Me disappointed that it will not start.

What happens now.
I have been playing this for over 10 years. This morning my iPad says this game has a required Update to continue playing. This game hasn't had an update in 8 years! The "update" is for 4th of July! WTH?! I had a great account. I was level 101, had over 20 million coins, hundreds of diamonds, & all areas fully upgraded. Now everything is essentially gone because of a sudden update...even your Facebook page hasn't had any newer posts. All my time has been wasted playing this. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!
