Hi there! You're exactly right. Chapter 17 is our current finale, bringing the total to a whopping 92 narrative missions! If you haven't checked them out yet, we also have daily contests available to keep the fun going. That said, we're working hard on new chapters and will be adding brand-new ways to enjoy Fashion Crafters in the coming weeks. Regarding your survey reward: these are always sent out within 24 to 48 hours. Please check your in-game mailbox, as rewards arrive as messages with a "Claim" button at the bottom. Hi there, Thanks for reaching out! We actually just sent out the rewards for yesterday's survey responses. We usually process these in batches and allow up to 24 hours for delivery since a real human handles them manually. Because App Store reviews don't show us your account name, it’s a bit tough for me to look into this for you directly from here. Could you send a quick message to our team at support@ultracinestudios.com? Once we have your account ID, I can jump right in, double-check your account, and make sure you get your rewards (and we'll absolutely throw in a little extra compensation for the hassle if it missed you!). We've seen plenty of players successfully redeeming their rewards today, so the system is up and running but there might be a specific glitch hitting your account.
