Generally very satisfied
I am pleased with the interface of the app and the ease with which I navigate and Shop there. However, I am not happy with the new rules regarding returning items you don’t like and especially I’m very very dissatisfied with how I cannot connect with a human and 90% of the cases the AI assistant cannot help me or also doesn’t connect me to a human who can help me so in this regard I’m very disappointed from

Bad experience
The platform was good in the past! Now it’s full of “vendors” that make a lot of “mistakes”, relaying that you won’t complain! Avoid shopping here or always ensure you order a products from Fashion days, not external vendors!
