Used to love
I used to love this game so I recently just redownloaded it and my old account is gone and no way to get it back. When I click the support button it says gateway error. I want my old account back I was so far in the game I don’t want to start all over again not fair..

I wanted to relax and play one of my favourite games I used to play as a child,so I downloaded it. I purchased 36 diamonds for £6 because I was running low and I had no stock on the shop floor,I got a notification saying the transaction went through;however upon further investigation I discovered that I did not receive the diamonds in the game. To confirm that I payed I double checked if the money came off my account and guess what? It did! I came back on the game for a second time… still no diamonds. I am beyond disappointed with this game many wonderful childhood memories will pale into insignificance due to this scamming. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!

Childhood game needs updates
Bro love this game and I grew up playing this. This game needs some serious updates though, the graphics can seriously be updated they still have this graininess to it that I thought was just my old iPad when I was younger. Also the clothes are so early 2010’s which they should keep that but should add some more clothes that are a little more modern or older. Also don’t try to give them money it doesn’t work for some reason it completely breaks the game😭

Great game. I have issues with it and need help.
Really fun and entertaining game but everything is larger and doesn’t fit the screen at all. I spent my money on gems and didn’t get any at all. I’m disappointed cause it seems like there’s a lot of people interested in this game but are having the same issue based on reviews.
And they are no getting back to us so I have no hope that they will get back to me.
Can you guys just fix it please so that it becomes better and more up to date and give me gems!

Stole my money…?
I have been a fan of this game for a long time… i always come back however, it has taken 6$ from me. i tried to buy some gems… the prices were very odd (1500 gems for 4.99 but 80 for $50.0?) anyways i purchased 50 gems for 2.99 and it said my purchase went through but the screen froze! then when i reopened the game i hadn’t received my reward. i tried again because i really wanted the gems but the same thing happened. very frustrating especially due to the fact that it is very difficult to get gems…also no way for me to ask for a refund as the website was unavailable.

UPDATE YOUR GAME!! I’ve played this when I was little (9 years old) and I just got the app again a few days ago because I remembered it since it’s Halloween season right now. I LOVE this game but a few things need to be fixed.
1. Obviously this game hasn’t been updated in years but I definitely think you should update it and start it again because the game is super fun!!
2. Things are WAY too expensive!!!! The bones changing room should NOT be 10k to buy. And making money is hard enough especially in the beginning.
3. The wait time on some clothing are way too long. The less time we have to wait the more time we are playing the app so lower the hours down a little!!

In app purchase didn’t work
I love this game and played it when I was a kid & now have started to play from time to time again. Unfortunately, I spent some money on an in app purchase and the screen froze & I didn’t receive my purchase. I tried to press the contact support button but it lead me to a broken link… Disappointed to say the least & will not be spending anything on this app going forward.

I do like the game, BUT, it’s desperately needs an update. And maybe some little extra things you can do here and there for free gems, like alot of other games. It needs a update so bad, that when I’ve tried to buy gems or coins, it didn’t even work. If you update it, you could probably make a decent amount of money.

Really used to enjoy playing this game however after I attempted to make an in app purchase the game froze and didn’t give me what I paid for , i emailed the company who wouldn’t give me a refund or what I paid for . They kept asking for an iTunes receipt when you don’t get them for games and when I tried to explain this to them they ignored what I said and just repeated it back to me and then I received an email saying they believe the issue has been resolved when I still haven’t received a refund !!!

Scam Don’t Buy Coins
I purchased a ‘best deal’ for $3.99 for 900,000 coins and my screen froze, and then i exited the app and reloaded. I didn’t get any coins that I paid for. I reset my device and tried to open the app again, still no coins. I purchased the coin deal a second time to see if it was a one-off thing, and the coins didn’t load again. I’ve requested a refund for both. Definitely a scam out of your money!

hey! this is a great game. I’ve played it for years on and off, and have recently re downloaded the game, a problem has occurred where when you load in to the game, it’s frozen on the loading screen where you can select several options.. I don’t know how to fix it so I guess I just won’t play anymore. Also just found out this game hasn’t been updated in FOUR years. Which is kind of sad since it’s such a good game. I hope developers can fix this bug/ issue.

I spend alot of time playing this game and enjoy it, so when i saw a deal for some gems, coins, and furniture for $2.99 I thought why not. I made the purchase but received nothing so I reopened the app and still nothing. The sale popped up again and I thought why not give it another try, but no. So now I’ve lost $6 and gained nothing. SCAM!!! DON’T PURCHASE ANYTHING 😡
I just purchased a decent amount of gems, approved my transaction but never received the 240 gems I paid for??? I even looked at my bank and it has indeed been approved. Waste of money!! I’m so furious. Such a let down, this game has always been one of my favs for a very long time. Recently downloaded it again for the nostalgia but which just turned out to be such a disappointment. I hope I get my money back🙄

Tried purchasing additional coins to spend in the game, but the money was never added on. I have the proof the money was taken out of my bank account, not once but twice. On top of the coins not being added it doubled charged me for the pack I tried to buy. My Nanobit ID is Snowflake101. NEED THIS FIXED IMMEDIATELY!!!!!! This is unacceptable.

I adore this game…but
I love this game and used to play when I was younger and I love the style of clothes and freedom to choose to design your store however you want. However I feel that the sewing machine take too long and this then takes the fun away a bit because 24hr, 9hr,8hr,7hrs are too long for my opinion and even if you have machines with reduced times almost everything is mostly priced with diamonds which you have very limited chances to earn or have to pay for. Even if the prices are good and I don’t mind paying for but when I chose to pay I never received the diamonds and the money still came out and unable to find a contact
