This game is a little inappropriate for pre teens just because of the scenes but otherwise it’s an amazing app

Played this game for a while LOVED!!!! It had all the outfits and everything in 2020 I was in the hospital with Covid my phone got messed up so I lost all my progress reached out to the developer only to get the run around and never got any help or my progress back still upset about it till this day it was a really really good game

Don’t Trust
I have enjoyed this game quite a lot. Last week I received a gift card and used some of the funds for a few in app purchases. This week I received another receipt thanking me for my purchase except this week it was on my AMEX, but didn’t receive the items I was charged for. This new charge was NOT authorized and I was not aware of it happening. I sent an email to their support group and was informed that they won’t give me a refund, so then I asked if they would at least replenish my account with the items I was charged for and have received no response.
This is a very deceptive way to operate and I am very disappointed about this.

One star gone because: You had assured me multiple times that if connected to facebook my account would transfer over even though I stated I was switching from android to apple.
You are wrong. I lost the account, had it for over 5 yrs, spent over $2k in it and poof gone. Unhappy with this.
However I am back, I do love the app so I am back and playing again, this is how you know your app is good.

It’s a good game, but the connection is very bad. It keeps cutting in and out and it is hard to hear them when they’re speaking after five minutes after five minutes of playing the game the connection cut out. I had to restart the game and they would not speak again

Press ok” button on the lottery… this is the 3rd time I accidentally went to it & pressed on the lottery button on accident after saving diamonds for a week just for it to take them in exchange for an outfit I don’t want & didn’t ask for. ESPECIALLY when it comes to the lotteries with 50-100 diamonds… it’s honestly infuriating… Did you make up this game to upset children?? I’m an adult & im highly upset I’ve done it AGAIN since this review. Another 100 diamonds WASTED! PLEASE PUT AN OK BUTTON WHEN ITS NOT FREE!!!!! WOW this is the 3rd time I’ve come back FURIOUS! Why wouldn’t you make it clear to kids that they lose those diamonds it took a week to get when you sponsor an event with diamonds?? What is wrong with you people?? You like scamming kids? new packages or activites stopped coming 3-4 weeks ago. i thought it would fix itsef but its still the same even tho i deleted and downloaded it again. in activities it says that its expired. i dont know if everyones the same or just me, please fix it immediately.

WAS a great game
This used to be my favorite game. However, there haven’t been any new levels in years, and no new outfits in months. There were repeat events and outfits for a while, but, now, there are no events or outfits AT ALL, and the developers no longer reply to inquiries. Potential new players, don’t bother, because the game seems to have been abandoned.
