I emailed them to let them know I never received a tracking number and all of a sudden I got a notification my box was delivered. I was home ALL DAY LONG. The mail never came nor did my box. I let them know and they ignored my message and I wrote them on their post to let them know what happened and instead of messaging or replying my comment was deleted.

Not bad, better on your wallet than stitch fix
This is way easier on the wallet than stitch fix. I also like that the discounts start at 3 items (no pressure to keep all 5). You also get choices. Clothing quality is good. A lot of brands I’ve never heard of but still stylish. They’re trying really hard. Not as streamlined as stitch fix but way easier on the wallet. Also not as one tracked as stitch fix, where everyone I feel dresses the same.

Not body positive or inclusive.
If you are a person of color or a plus sized influencer, they will not reach out to you to review their service. They look for white middle aged women. Their culture and company standards are a joke. Their clothing is over priced and not budget friendly for the terrible quality that they are. Even though they say they aren’t a subscription, they will contact you and harass you to try them again immediately after your last box. Their stylists are mediocre interns who don’t get paid and the CEO is a fraud who runs an unhealthy business practice. She threatens her employees and makes it a fear-based managed environment.

Bad customer service/poor quality
As mentioned in another review, they promise a refund and never give you your money back. The quality of the clothes is horrible. You pay $70 for jeans worth $20.
Terrible Service
I was sick and returned the box 9 days after delivery and was charged $117! I was told via email by 2 people I’d get a refund. Has not happened and this was in April of 2019. Stay away! They will keep your money even after returning EVERY SINGLE ITEM! Thanks TRASHOM!
I thought “Getting Styled” was only for the Uber Rich !
I always thought that I could never afford using such a service ! I was so wrong - I have got myself 2 boxes full of goodies from Fashom! Their stylists were spot on with understanding my taste , and I ended up keeping a couple of outfits , a pair of shoes a bag and accessories ! The box made it to me well before my event and I was so excited to be “styled” for free !! I love the concept , their discounts and the whole deal !

I’ve been surprised and happy
FASHOM had a few bugs out of the gate but has worked to fix them. Initially product quality was inconsistent and it took forever to get your box. However the bugs seem to have been worked out and my most recent box shipping time was comparable to Stitch Fix. The clothing is somewhat less expensive than Stitch Fix though they carry some of the same brands. And you get a 25% discount if you keep three of the five items they send (unlike five with stitch fix and wantable). The clothing is not high end but it’s serviceable and stylish, and I’ve kept items from each box which I wear regularly. The customer service team is very responsive to any questions you have.

I LOVE this service! The stylists picked out exactly what I was looking for. All clothing items were trendy, great quality, and best of all everything was very reasonably priced. This service is awesome because you get 25% off your order if you keep 3 or more items! Will continue to keep using Fashom and recommending to all of my friends! Very user friendly as well so that's a plus!

Quality, Prices, Customer Service
The best subscription box I have ever used. The stylists know how to put together the box so it matches your personal style & is on trend, as well as the customer service personnel is very responsive and helpful if you have any special requests or questions. Highly recommend! And you get the styling fee is waived if you purchase at least one thing!

When you are in doubt
My experience with Fashom can be described with 3 words, beyond my expectation! The unboxing experience was thrilling and fun. The stylist really took all the points I laid out and more importantly stayed within my budget. 10 stars is what i would give!

Not sure this is even active??
Would give zero stars if i could! Don’t waste your time. Signed up on Saturday 5/12 and as of today 5/20, I still don’t have any outfits styled for me. There is no information on the app to contact anyone or how to ask questions, so I’m not even sure this app is monitored anymore. Pricing and options seemed like a differentiator from competitors, but service from Stitch Fix and timing is much better. I guess you get what you pay for?
