App doesn’t open. Error message every time I

Every time I try to update something for an artwork on my Faso site with this app I get an error message (for example, marking something I’ve sold as sold, or changing a price). This app just doesn’t function for what I need it to do.
Mostly useless
Seems to work OK for basic viewing etc., but this app is fairly useless for actually managing the site and have been a advised by tech support to use the web application to perform updates. Company resources seem focused on marketing which is nice, or even great, but I would prefer more application support. My biggest beef is that an artwork can only belong to one collection. This means that to do any meaningful organization of art you must create duplicate entries. (Yes that means creating it from scratch, no copying allowed!) No serious database manager would allow this creation of duplicates, but FASO actually has a help topic on this very subject.

I have used this app for years but I’ve been unable to get it to open now. States an error and blinks….this is a must for my art business…please help!

With support emails and chats still cant get this app to even log me in. Reset passwords, deleted app, cleared cache.. what a waste of time.
Works great, offline portfolio in your pocket
Using this app on an iPod Touch 5, and it is SLICK. No problems photographing, editing and uploading from the device. No problems logging in from the first attempt. Slideshow (accessible from the bottom line menu) lets you carry your entire portfolio in your pocket without the need for internet access. That's very handy for showing off your work and generating sales. Love it, 5 stars for the ease of using it, especially the slideshow. This has saved me hours of work already.

This error message appears every time I try to log in.
I've tried to correct the problem by resetting my phone, quitting the app, nothing has worked.

Can't log in
Won't let me log in. I used same credentials used for website - unsuccessfully. Tried deleting app, then re- installing it, but that didn't work. Tried multiple times.
