There’s always something while using this application. I hate all the constant issues and changes that happen in the app.

Always having password issues.
The app works fine until it doesn’t, and when that happens you’re basically locked out until you call. They give some excuse about your password being resent (even if you use the Keychain, always update it, etc). It works for a few weeks and bam, locked out again. Considering switching to another credit union that has a more reliable user interface. Legitimately just want to check my balance. Can’t.

Unreliable
My debit card has been locked multiple times because bank does not update transactions immediately, and this would go on for weeks at a time where I cannot use my card because they did not update my balance, and even charged a card I used 2$ randomly, and due to the fact they do not keep my balance up to date constantly I keep track of it myself.

Fix the app
It is so frustrating how much this app crashes! It will crash for hours or days on end for no reason. It will also lock you out of your account completely until you call a member to have your password change. So annoying and very inconvenient to the point of me considering to switch banks.

Just tap cards and you will see how slow it is
App won’t load
After the new update the app won’t open, it just closes and goes back to the Home Screen. Even after I’ve deleted it and installed again. 👎🏼🫤
Worst bank app
Always issues with this app one moment it will work 10 min later stops working for hours even next business days ridiculous!
Still a lot of bugs
This app is an improvement from the last app FAST offered however I still have trouble with it working for me. IF I can get into my account then it’s fine. It’s just a matter of IF. Seems to have trouble with face recognition and and other glitches when I’m trying to sign in.
NEEDS AN UPDATE
It’s so frustrating when the app doesn’t let you log in! I write down all my passwords and usernames so I know my information is correct and it still says to call a member. It’s so distracting when you have to call every week to get it fixed!!! Sometimes they don’t even know why it is not working and tell me to wait!

It was great.
This app was great until a few days ago. True I didn’t like that it didn’t show transactions for the credit cards, but overall not bad. The last few days I have been lock out of my account twice! I’ve tried resetting passwords and can’t. I called a 2 days ago and reset my password. And this morning, boom! No access to my account. I have to call again. If I wanted to call in and talk to someone every time I wanted to see if something cleared my account I wouldn’t have downloaded this app. I would just call and inconvenience everyone at the bank. Please fix this. It’s ridiculous that you have to call in and reset your password every time you want access to your account.

HORRIBLE UPDATE
I had no issue with this app I’m considering switching banks I have been trying to call my bank as well and keep getting the same automated voice message. Haven’t been able to check my bank account on the app or website. SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND IRRITATING. If I could give it zero start or negative I would. DO NOT BANK WITH FAST.

Was ok, now horrible.
This app before the update was ok, now it’s just horrible, I try to log in and it doesn’t let me even though all of my info is correct, it’ll constantly refresh the same page asking for my info again after I confirm, fix this ASAP
