Terrible approach
You can't have a ride unless you top up your account with credits. I did that. I rode for a bit then topped up again. my account was left with credit - after not using the app for a while - when I wanted to use it again - I couldn't use the credit in my account...after contacting customer service I was told - I need to top up again to be able to start using the credit, otherwise I can't use the credit NOR can I get thoae money back.
