Best FRC Scouting App

This is a really good app for simple and effective scouting. The developers for this app do a great job updating and keeping it running smoothly for everyone to use. I would definitely recommend this to all frc teams.

Recovering a lost account

Someone on our team made an account on this app a couple years ago and we have lost our account details since then. Is there anyway to recover a lost account? Thanks -team 3926

Reliable and works like a charm

Reliable and updated often, any issues that come up get fixed relatively fast. We have used it at our regional and have been very glad with the results we received especially when we were able to access data for all scouts on all our devices. So simple to use that any team can do it.

iPad version not syncing properly

We tested this app at a match that we weren’t competing in today with 2 iPhones an iPad. The iPad is not syncing properly with the phones. Teams show a value for matches scouted but match data is missing from the iPad preventing graphing and sorting of all teams accurately. A few teams have data for matches which I presume is the ones entered from the iPad. The iPhones work well. Please fix so that we can input with phones and visualize on the iPad. All other functions are great with this app. Especially love the sync to blue alliance for match info. Five stars for iPhone version.

That feature is planned for a future update, however we are unable to provide a timeframe right now. In the meantime, if you need to do this or have any other problems with your account, send us an email at frcfastapp@gmail.com and we'll work with you to fix it.

I loved using the 2018 version, but I was wondering when you were going to release the 2019 version.

Thanks for the support! We’re looking at an end of February release for the Deep Space update. We’ve been hard at work on a redesign of the database to make it faster and more adaptable. We believe it will be worth the wait.

As the 2018-19 Strategiest for Iron Riders 4180, I already love and recommend this app

I’ve downloaded and thoroughly tested this app and was very pleasantly surprised by it. Cyborg Cats 4256, you folks have really gone above and beyond with this app. It is by far the best scouting I have seen so far, and in all honesty far better than ours. I will definitely be pushing my team use this for Destination Deep Space and really recommend and hope that other teams do as well!
