Kiosk is problem
Purchased a monthly package. App requires bar code from kiosk. No instructions on how or where? There is a sign but when you try to read bar code, nothing happens.

Tried to use 15$ credit and it wouldn’t scan
Not very happy that I finally got the app got a 15$ credit tried to scan the code and it wouldn’t scan had to pay for the wash anyway what a waste of space on my phone! Will be deleting and finding a new car wash in the near future, after spending 16$ every week for the past year
Convenient, but too many steps
I appreciate being able to use the QR scanner at the car wash, but don’t see why there needs to be so many clicks to get to the scanner. Also frustrated by the sound it makes when I tap the buttons. The sound silences the music I listen to and doesn’t really seem necessary for the app.

Puzzled
Twice in the last two months I was charged for a service and no service was rendered. I check in and I was told it was successful but the green light never came on so I had to use a second car wash.
Mountain road location
Used the app, scanned the code and paid for the wash. Pulled in and no car wash. Had to drive out and pay again. Not good

Great & convenient using the app.
Took my money, didn’t get my wash
Paid, garage door didn’t open. Had to then use the regular credit card machine. Your company owes me $14 or a wash. How do I get reimbursed?
The app stinks
I used to love the app along with the car wash, but in about 6 months time it’s gone down hill! The money cards don’t work, half the time half the equipment don’t work and whenever you call customer service they give you attitude!
Good 1st try, but…
It works. Having said that, there is significant room for improvement.
Some improvements needed include:
1) In two device accounts, identifying which device used the wash.
2) Ability to delete unused phones.
3) Ability to delete vehicles.
4) Ability to have a counter of used monthly washes, total and per device.

Scanned QR code at wash, funds were deducted from wallet, then wash did not activate. $14 gone.

Sooo cool using the app
Disappointing
Used the app, selected wash and scanned. Light never turned green to allow me inside. I drove in anyway because it's the only way out of the car wash. The back up light kept flashing, wash never started.
